Happy with Helcim

Happy with our purchase. Helcim runs our gift shop smoothly. The employee management took some getting used to but works well now.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Helcim handles transactions fine but printer connectivity problems is a real problem.

Functional but underwhelming. inventory management sold us on Helcim but the reality of reports showing incorrect data wasn't mentioned in sales.

Good POS for the price. inventory management is excellent. Lost a star because receipt customization is basic needs work. Would still recommend.

One star is generous. system crashes during peak hours every single day. Going back to our old system.
