Would not recommend

Disappointing experience with Helcim. The returns processing rarely works as advertised. credit card processing failures has cost us customers.

The customer tracking feature alone pays for itself. Add in discount scheduling and it's a no-brainer for any liquor store.

Functional but underwhelming. barcode scanning sold us on Helcim but the reality of credit card processing failures wasn't mentioned in sales.

Four months in and Helcim is working well. Staff trained quickly on the purchase orders. Wish integration options are limited was included.
