Recommended with caveats

We've been on Heartland Retail for 16 months. Does everything we need. purchase orders is great, wish the some features require add-ons was better.

It works, but that's about it. barcode scanning is decent. We expected more from matrix inventory based on the demos.

Average POS system. Does the basics fine. layaway feature works well but system crashes during peak hours has been frustrating. Considering options.
