Frustrating experience

Disappointing experience with Heartland Retail. The returns processing rarely works as advertised. system crashes during peak hours has cost us customers.

Four months in and Heartland Retail is working well. Staff trained quickly on the barcode scanning. Wish integration options are limited was included.
