If you're on the fence about Harbortouch, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the happy hour pricing and guest profiles won us over.

Avoid at all costs

Worst POS decision we made. login issues for staff constantly. The menu customization they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.

Avoid Harbortouch. system crashes during peak hours from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.
