Room for improvement

Functional but underwhelming. staff scheduling sold us on Harbortouch but the reality of inventory sync issues between locations wasn't mentioned in sales.

Hands down the best POS for sushi restaurant. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Harbortouch. Much better fit for our needs.

Disappointed

Regret switching to Harbortouch. The inventory tracking looked great but reports showing incorrect data has made daily operations difficult.

Complete waste of money

Do not buy. reports showing incorrect data crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.

Four months in and Harbortouch is working well. Staff trained quickly on the reservation system. Wish reporting could be more detailed was included.
