Reliable and straightforward. Not the flashiest POS but tip management and mobile ordering work exactly as advertised.

Two stars because it occasionally works. inventory sync issues between locations is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Looking to switch away from Harbortouch. login issues for staff happens weekly. menu customization is okay but not worth the hassle.
