Great system with minor issues

Great tip management, decent tableside ordering. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a coffee shop.

Decent but frustrating

We use Harbortouch for our food truck. inventory tracking is useful. However, inventory sync issues between locations has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.
