Room for improvement

Middle of the road. Harbortouch works for basic taco shop needs. If you need advanced tip management, look elsewhere.

Finally found the right POS

Hands down the best POS for coffee shop. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Harbortouch. Much better fit for our needs.

Recommended with caveats

Solid POS system. kitchen display system is excellent, guest profiles could use some improvement. Still recommend for taco shop.

Good system, good support. The reservation system is what sold us. Would love to see better the mobile app needs work in future updates.

Not bad, not great

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. online ordering integration is good. inventory sync issues between locations makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Would not recommend

Looking to switch away from Harbortouch. payment terminal disconnects happens weekly. split check feature is okay but not worth the hassle.

Four months in and Harbortouch is working well. Staff trained quickly on the staff scheduling. Wish the mobile app needs work was included.
