Perfect for our needs

We run a busy sushi restaurant and Harbortouch handles everything we throw at it. Weekend rushes, happy hours, you name it. Solid system.

Average POS system. Does the basics fine. tip management works well but payment terminal disconnects has been frustrating. Considering options.

Save yourself the trouble. Harbortouch has potential but credit card processing failures and poor support make it not worth it.

Terrible experience

Worst POS decision we made. system crashes during peak hours constantly. The tip management they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.
