Decent but frustrating

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Grubhub for Restaurants handles transactions fine but system crashes during peak hours is a real problem.

Disappointed

Can't recommend. We liked the online ordering integration demo but real-world performance is poor. credit card processing failures constantly.

Excellent POS system!

The tip management feature alone pays for itself. Add in kitchen printer routing and it's a no-brainer for any pizzeria.

Good POS for the price. happy hour pricing is excellent. Lost a star because reporting could be more detailed needs work. Would still recommend.

Best decision for our business

If you're on the fence about Grubhub for Restaurants, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the menu customization and waitlist management won us over.

Save yourself the trouble. Grubhub for Restaurants has potential but slow transaction processing and poor support make it not worth it.
