Recommended with caveats

Overall very happy with Grubhub for Restaurants. The reservation system works great. Knocked off one star because customer support hours are limited, but nothing major.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Grubhub for Restaurants handles transactions fine but data loss after updates is a real problem.

Mixed feelings

We use Grubhub for Restaurants for our taco shop. tip management is useful. However, integration failures with third-party apps has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Finally found the right POS

Hands down the best POS for cafe. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Grubhub for Restaurants. Much better fit for our needs.
