Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, GoTab handles our diner well. menu customization is a highlight.

Functional but underwhelming. happy hour pricing sold us on GoTab but the reality of data loss after updates wasn't mentioned in sales.

One star is generous. reports showing incorrect data every single day. Going back to our old system.

Happy with our purchase. GoTab runs our coffee shop smoothly. The inventory tracking took some getting used to but works well now.
