Reliable and straightforward. Not the flashiest POS but table management and waitlist management work exactly as advertised.

Recommended with caveats

Great happy hour pricing, decent tableside ordering. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a diner.

Two stars because it occasionally works. reports showing incorrect data is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Complete waste of money

Avoid Future POS. integration failures with third-party apps from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.
