Four months in and Focus POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the table management. Wish hardware is a bit pricey was included.

Room for improvement

We use Focus POS for our bakery. reservation system is useful. However, credit card processing failures has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

If you're on the fence about Focus POS, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the split check feature and waitlist management won us over.
