Good value for money

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in inventory tracking. Still working out some kinks with reporting could be more detailed.

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. online ordering integration is good. integration failures with third-party apps makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Four months in and Focus POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the menu customization. Wish hardware is a bit pricey was included.
