Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Focus POS handles our sports bar well. staff scheduling is a highlight.

Good POS for the price. menu customization is excellent. Lost a star because some features require add-ons needs work. Would still recommend.

Looking for alternatives

Disappointing experience with Focus POS. The split check feature rarely works as advertised. system crashes during peak hours has cost us customers.

One star is generous. inventory sync issues between locations every single day. Going back to our old system.
