Room for improvement

Mixed feelings about Focus POS. The inventory tracking is great but we've had issues with payment terminal disconnects. Support helped eventually.

Four months in and Focus POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the reservation system. Wish integration options are limited was included.

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. payment terminal disconnects is apparently a known issue they won't fix.
