Worth every penny

Third POS system we've tried. Finally found the right one with Focus POS. The staff scheduling alone was worth the switch.

Good POS, room to improve

We've been on Focus POS for 14 months. Does everything we need. table management is great, wish the offline mode is limited was better.

Highly recommend Focus POS

Our accountant loves the online ordering integration. Our staff loves the interface. I love not dealing with POS headaches anymore.

Average experience

Functional but underwhelming. online ordering integration sold us on Focus POS but the reality of system crashes during peak hours wasn't mentioned in sales.

Terrible experience

Do not buy. system crashes during peak hours crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
