It works, but that's about it. layaway feature is decent. We expected more from matrix inventory based on the demos.

Room for improvement

We use Fattmerchant for our convenience store. purchase orders is useful. However, reports showing incorrect data has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Terrible experience

Do not buy. data loss after updates crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.

Frustrating experience

Can't recommend. We liked the returns processing demo but real-world performance is poor. credit card processing failures constantly.
