Great system with minor issues

Happy with our purchase. Epos Now runs our hardware store smoothly. The employee management took some getting used to but works well now.

Functional but underwhelming. customer tracking sold us on Epos Now but the reality of slow transaction processing wasn't mentioned in sales.

We've been on Epos Now for 23 months. Does everything we need. returns processing is great, wish the reporting could be more detailed was better.

Looking to switch away from Epos Now. credit card processing failures happens weekly. multi-location sync is okay but not worth the hassle.
