We've been on Epos Now for 12 months. Does everything we need. gift card system is great, wish the offline mode is limited was better.

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in multi-location sync. Still working out some kinks with customer support hours are limited.

Disappointed

Save yourself the trouble. Epos Now has potential but printer connectivity problems and poor support make it not worth it.

Four months in and Epos Now is working well. Staff trained quickly on the returns processing. Wish integration options are limited was included.
