Good POS, room to improve

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Epos Now handles our bookstore well. returns processing is a highlight.

Disappointed

Save yourself the trouble. Epos Now has potential but login issues for staff and poor support make it not worth it.

Frustrating experience

Disappointing experience with Epos Now. The multi-location sync rarely works as advertised. data loss after updates has cost us customers.

Room for improvement

Functional but underwhelming. purchase orders sold us on Epos Now but the reality of credit card processing failures wasn't mentioned in sales.
