It works, but that's about it. stock alerts is decent. We expected more from commission tracking based on the demos.

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. returns processing is good. system crashes during peak hours makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Frustrating experience

Looking to switch away from Epos Now. inventory sync issues between locations happens weekly. gift card system is okay but not worth the hassle.
