Expected more

Disappointing experience with Epos Now. The employee management rarely works as advertised. system crashes during peak hours has cost us customers.

We've been on Epos Now for 17 months. Does everything we need. layaway feature is great, wish the offline mode is limited was better.

Mixed feelings about Epos Now. The barcode scanning is great but we've had issues with integration failures with third-party apps. Support helped eventually.
