Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Epos Now handles our smoke shop well. customer tracking is a highlight.

It's okay

We use Epos Now for our toy store. barcode scanning is useful. However, credit card processing failures has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Worst POS decision we made. integration failures with third-party apps constantly. The barcode scanning they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.
