Solid POS system. kitchen display system is excellent, guest profiles could use some improvement. Still recommend for bar.

Worst POS ever

Avoid ChowNow. login issues for staff from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.

Mixed feelings about ChowNow. The table management is great but we've had issues with printer connectivity problems. Support helped eventually.

Save yourself the trouble. ChowNow has potential but inventory sync issues between locations and poor support make it not worth it.
