Some pros, some cons

Functional but underwhelming. barcode scanning sold us on Catapult but the reality of data loss after updates wasn't mentioned in sales.

Expected more

Two stars because it occasionally works. credit card processing failures is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Works great for us

Happy with our purchase. Catapult runs our gift shop smoothly. The returns processing took some getting used to but works well now.

Great stock alerts, decent matrix inventory. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a retail store.

Not bad, not great

We use Catapult for our grocery store. customer tracking is useful. However, data loss after updates has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Complete waste of money

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. inventory sync issues between locations is apparently a known issue they won't fix.
