We use Cake POS for our bistro. tip management is useful. However, printer connectivity problems has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Cake POS handles transactions fine but credit card processing failures is a real problem.

Four months in and Cake POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the reservation system. Wish the learning curve was steep was included.

Looking to switch away from Cake POS. credit card processing failures happens weekly. happy hour pricing is okay but not worth the hassle.
