Mixed feelings

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. multi-location sync is good. printer connectivity problems makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Overall very happy with BestRx. The barcode scanning works great. Knocked off one star because offline mode is limited, but nothing major.

Happy with BestRx

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, BestRx handles our gift shop well. multi-location sync is a highlight.

Functional but underwhelming. inventory management sold us on BestRx but the reality of login issues for staff wasn't mentioned in sales.
