Solid choice overall

We've been on Arryved for 6 months. Does everything we need. menu customization is great, wish the integration options are limited was better.

Worst POS ever

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. reports showing incorrect data is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Not as advertised

Can't recommend. We liked the kitchen display system demo but real-world performance is poor. printer connectivity problems constantly.

We use Arryved for our fine dining establishment. kitchen display system is useful. However, system crashes during peak hours has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.

Functional but underwhelming. online ordering integration sold us on Arryved but the reality of system crashes during peak hours wasn't mentioned in sales.
