Good POS, room to improve

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Aloha POS handles our bar well. tip management is a highlight.

Does the job well

Great split check feature, decent loyalty program. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a fine dining establishment.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. payment terminal disconnects is apparently a known issue they won't fix.
