Solid POS system. tip management is excellent, modifier handling could use some improvement. Still recommend for coffee shop.

Does the job well

Four months in and Aloha POS is working well. Staff trained quickly on the table management. Wish reporting could be more detailed was included.

Complete waste of money

Do not buy. integration failures with third-party apps crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.

It works, but that's about it. staff scheduling is decent. We expected more from kitchen printer routing based on the demos.

Don't make our mistake

Worst POS decision we made. inventory sync issues between locations constantly. The inventory tracking they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.
