It works, but that's about it. reservation system is decent. We expected more from real-time reporting based on the demos.

Good POS for the price. menu customization is excellent. Lost a star because the mobile app needs work needs work. Would still recommend.

Regret switching to Aldelo. The table management looked great but login issues for staff has made daily operations difficult.

Regret switching to Aldelo. The staff scheduling looked great but inventory sync issues between locations has made daily operations difficult.

If you're on the fence about Aldelo, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the split check feature and guest profiles won us over.

Happy with Aldelo

Overall very happy with Aldelo. The kitchen display system works great. Knocked off one star because reporting could be more detailed, but nothing major.
