Would not recommend

Looking to switch away from Aldelo. login issues for staff happens weekly. reservation system is okay but not worth the hassle.

Don't make our mistake

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. inventory sync issues between locations is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

We've been on Aldelo for 14 months. Does everything we need. split check feature is great, wish the offline mode is limited was better.

Functional but underwhelming. online ordering integration sold us on Aldelo but the reality of credit card processing failures wasn't mentioned in sales.
