Great system with minor issues

Great tip management, decent real-time reporting. Support could be faster but they do resolve issues. Good value for a fine dining establishment.

Can't recommend. We liked the staff scheduling demo but real-world performance is poor. payment terminal disconnects constantly.

Terrible experience

Worst POS decision we made. credit card processing failures constantly. The kitchen display system they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.

Do not buy. payment terminal disconnects crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.

We use Aldelo for our brewery. reservation system is useful. However, system crashes during peak hours has caused headaches. Looking at alternatives.
