Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, Agilysys handles our pet store well. layaway feature is a highlight.

Has potential

Functional but underwhelming. layaway feature sold us on Agilysys but the reality of system crashes during peak hours wasn't mentioned in sales.

Frustrating experience

Disappointing experience with Agilysys. The layaway feature rarely works as advertised. printer connectivity problems has cost us customers.
