Good system, good support. The employee management is what sold us. Would love to see better hardware is a bit pricey in future updates.

Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in returns processing. Still working out some kinks with setup took longer than expected.

Disappointed

Looking to switch away from Agilysys. reports showing incorrect data happens weekly. barcode scanning is okay but not worth the hassle.
