We run a busy boutique and Agilysys handles everything we throw at it. Weekend rushes, happy hours, you name it. Solid system.

It's okay

Functional but underwhelming. layaway feature sold us on Agilysys but the reality of slow transaction processing wasn't mentioned in sales.

Four months in and Agilysys is working well. Staff trained quickly on the customer tracking. Wish integration options are limited was included.

Avoid at all costs

Worst POS decision we made. slow transaction processing constantly. The purchase orders they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.

Hands down the best POS for thrift store. We've tried Square and Toast before settling on Agilysys. Much better fit for our needs.

Would not recommend

Regret switching to Agilysys. The multi-location sync looked great but printer connectivity problems has made daily operations difficult.
