Solid choice overall

We've been on ADP for 4 months. Does everything we need. customer tracking is great, wish the customer support hours are limited was better.

Solid POS system. customer tracking is excellent, e-commerce integration could use some improvement. Still recommend for liquor store.

Mixed feelings about ADP. The multi-location sync is great but we've had issues with slow transaction processing. Support helped eventually.

Disappointed

Disappointing experience with ADP. The employee management rarely works as advertised. login issues for staff has cost us customers.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. ADP handles transactions fine but printer connectivity problems is a real problem.
