Overall very happy with ADP. The returns processing works great. Knocked off one star because reporting could be more detailed, but nothing major.

Some pros, some cons

Mixed feelings about ADP. The stock alerts is great but we've had issues with integration failures with third-party apps. Support helped eventually.

Don't make our mistake

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. data loss after updates is apparently a known issue they won't fix.
