Our accountant loves the barcode scanning. Our staff loves the interface. I love not dealing with POS headaches anymore.

Avoid at all costs

Terrible experience. System down more than it's up. printer connectivity problems is apparently a known issue they won't fix.

Reliable and functional

Overall very happy with ACE POS. The returns processing works great. Knocked off one star because reporting could be more detailed, but nothing major.

Some pros, some cons

Functional but underwhelming. stock alerts sold us on ACE POS but the reality of data loss after updates wasn't mentioned in sales.

Disappointed

Disappointing experience with ACE POS. The multi-location sync rarely works as advertised. system crashes during peak hours has cost us customers.
