Recommended with caveats

We've been on 7shifts for 13 months. Does everything we need. inventory tracking is great, wish the the mobile app needs work was better.

Four stars because there's always room for improvement. That said, 7shifts handles our coffee shop well. online ordering integration is a highlight.

Good POS, room to improve

Good POS for the price. kitchen display system is excellent. Lost a star because the mobile app needs work needs work. Would still recommend.

Great system with minor issues

Does what it promises. The table management is particularly useful for our taco shop. Minor gripes but overall satisfied.

Disappointing experience with 7shifts. The online ordering integration rarely works as advertised. inventory sync issues between locations has cost us customers.
