Mixed feelings about 7shifts. The happy hour pricing is great but we've had issues with printer connectivity problems. Support helped eventually.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. 7shifts handles transactions fine but login issues for staff is a real problem.

Regret switching to 7shifts. The table management looked great but slow transaction processing has made daily operations difficult.

Worst POS ever

Worst POS decision we made. printer connectivity problems constantly. The menu customization they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.

Terrible experience

Do not buy. integration failures with third-party apps crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.

Four months in and 7shifts is working well. Staff trained quickly on the kitchen display system. Wish receipt customization is basic was included.
