The split check feature feature alone pays for itself. Add in delivery integration and it's a no-brainer for any bistro.

Recommended with caveats

Four months in and 7shifts is working well. Staff trained quickly on the reservation system. Wish customer support hours are limited was included.

Frustrating experience

Regret switching to 7shifts. The staff scheduling looked great but slow transaction processing has made daily operations difficult.
