Room for improvement

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. When I Work handles transactions fine but printer connectivity problems is a real problem.

Disappointed

Save yourself the trouble. When I Work has potential but slow transaction processing and poor support make it not worth it.

Good POS, room to improve

Four months in and When I Work is working well. Staff trained quickly on the returns processing. Wish setup took longer than expected was included.

Reliable and functional

Overall very happy with When I Work. The barcode scanning works great. Knocked off one star because offline mode is limited, but nothing major.
