Upgraded from their older system. Big improvement in gift card system. Still working out some kinks with the learning curve was steep.

Decent system with some frustrating limitations. barcode scanning is good. payment terminal disconnects makes me hesitant to fully recommend.

Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. Stax handles transactions fine but slow transaction processing is a real problem.

Complete waste of money

Worst POS decision we made. system crashes during peak hours constantly. The customer tracking they advertise? Doesn't work half the time.
