Works great for us

Overall very happy with SpotOn. The staff scheduling works great. Knocked off one star because customer support hours are limited, but nothing major.

Two stars because it occasionally works. system crashes during peak hours is a constant battle. Support takes days to respond.

Worst POS ever

Do not buy. inventory sync issues between locations crashed during our busiest day. Support blamed our internet. It wasn't our internet.
