If you're on the fence about SpotOn, just do it. We were hesitant at first but the staff scheduling and real-time reporting won us over.

Worst POS ever

Avoid SpotOn. system crashes during peak hours from day one. Support is unresponsive. Cost us thousands in lost sales.
