Three stars because it's neither great nor terrible. SpotOn handles transactions fine but payment terminal disconnects is a real problem.

Recommended with caveats

We've been on SpotOn for 18 months. Does everything we need. inventory tracking is great, wish the the learning curve was steep was better.
